Glazier Medical Centre is pleased to announce that we have several family physicians taking on patients.   

Please complete the "Request A Physician Form" on our website.   Someone will contact you when openings become available.  

Glazier Medical Centre is commited to playing an active role in increasing community access to quality family healthcare.  As a patient of GMC, you will have the support of an inter-disciplinary team consisting of family physicians, nurses and specialists.  GMC provides paitents with after hours care Monday to Thursday from 5-8pm and Saturday 9-4pm and Sunday 12noon to 4pm.
